Tiffany N. Smith-Nguyen, Esq.

Tiffany N. Smith-Nguyen obtained her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, before receiving her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law.

While at USD, Tiffany was a founding Board Member of Students for Sensible Drug Policy, USD's 2013 Student Organization of the year and was awarded the Best Respondent's Brief Award in the 2013 McLennon Moot Court Competition.

During and after law school, Tiffany volunteered extensively in the community with organizations such as Voices for Children, the Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the Legal Aid Society of San Diego.  For her work, Tiffany earned two Outstanding Service Awards and the State Bar of California's Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services.

Tiffany has practiced community association law in San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties.  As a member of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Community Association's Institute (CAI), she co-authored CAI Connect Magazine's 2016 Article of the Year.  Tiffany continues to speak at educational seminars and to teach CAI Board leadership classes.
