Michelle A. Copeland, Esq.
Michelle Copeland is a seasoned attorney representing community associations in a wide range of legal matters, including covenant enforcement, governance issues, contract disputes and litigation. She is committed to helping boards navigate complex legal challenges while providing practical, cost-effective solutions that protect the interests of the communities they serve.
Prior to joining Delphi Law Group, Michelle practiced community association law in Orange County, advising homeowners associations on operational, governance, and litigation matters. Her extensive litigation background includes business disputes, class actions, personal injury claims, and consumer litigation involving automobile manufacturers and dealerships. This broad experience provides her with valuable insight when addressing the diverse legal issues faced by community associations.
Michelle is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully represented clients throughout Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles Counties. She regularly assists clients through mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings, always focused on achieving efficient and favorable outcomes while minimizing disruption to the communities she serves.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of San Diego and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000. Following law school, she returned to Southern California, where she was born and raised, and continues to serve clients throughout the region.
She enjoys working closely with board members, community managers, and industry professionals to promote effective community governance and successful association operations. In her spare time Michelle can be found attending Volkswagen events throughout Southern California or competing at drag racing events in her 1966 Volkswagen Beetle.
